Official Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
    
   • Open to legal residents of Texas, 18 years or older.
      
   • Entrants must be homeowners within Cool Arrow Heat & Air’s service area.
      
   • Employees of Cool Arrow Heat & Air, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
      

1. How to Enter
    
   • Complete the entry form (online or via QR code).
      
   • Provide accurate contact details (Name, Email, Phone, Address).
      
   • One entry per household.
      
   • Bonus Entries: Additional entries may be earned by booking a service with Cool Arrow Heat & Air during the contest period.
      

1. Contest Period
    
   • Entries accepted through March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST.
      
   • Winner will be selected and announced on April 1, 2026.
      

1. Prize
    
   • One (1) winner will receive two (2) general admission tickets to the Two Step Inn Festival in Georgetown, Texas, scheduled for April 18–19, 2026.
      
   • Approximate retail value: $1,000.00.
      
   • Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
      

1. Winner Selection & Notification
    
   • Winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
      
   • Winner will be notified by phone and/or email.
      
   • If winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.
      

1. General Conditions
    
   • By entering, participants agree to allow Cool Arrow Heat & Air to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
      
   • Cool Arrow Heat & Air reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
      
   • Cool Arrow Heat & Air is not responsible for event cancellation, postponement, or any expenses related to attending the event.
      

1. Limitation of Liability
    
   • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cool Arrow Heat & Air, its affiliates, and partners from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the contest or use of the prize.
